I have been acting as a trainer and consultant for general management, human resources, sales and negotiations, corporate strategies, train of trainers and soft skills, in the last 13 years both for Consulting companies at regional level (SEE), International bodies like UNDP, ICMPD or EAR and in independent projects, as a free lancer. I have led three main professional services businesses: in training and consulting and human capital management, banking education and investment management. I have lived in Romania and Bulgaria and worked and had projects in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro, Austria and FYR of Macedonia and worked with participants from 16 CEE countries, in different projects.
