Resumen de experiencia

Coming from an original academic background as physicist and as teacher at free schools, high schools and universities I got additional training as group dynamics trainer and later as organization consultant in the Viennese Systemic tradition and have since then been working in in various sectors, mainly Education, Integrated Rural & District Development and in Public Sector Reform. Until 1994 I worked based in Europe, then as an expat in Cape Verde Islands and Mozambique. Since 2006 I am again based in Austria/Europe. My actual focus regions are Africa, Latin America, South East Asia, mainly Sri Lanka. My working languages are German, English, French and Portuguese.
