My background is Civil Engineering, worked from 1982 until 1989 in civil engineering project, my main tasks were in the management side of construction. In 1989 I found my self involved in managerial issues, attended several training courses, in 1991 I had my first assignment in planning a development project ?Rehabilitation of the Old City of Aleppo ? Syria?. in 1995 Have officially registered my own establishment ?INTERACTION? in Amman through which I have implemented more than 220 assignments of training, facilitation, consultancy, planning, coaching in the Middle East region and Africa. Through the past years, I have attended 26 training courses and workshops as a participant. I am the author of the first ?Gender Training Manual in the Arabic Language upon assignment by CAWTAR ? UNDP, After that I issued eight training and working procedures manuals for different local and international organizations.
