Coaching of more than 105 junior trainers, preparing them for change management. ?2004 - 2005: Provided leadership for a group of highly professional project managers in 36 countries in Africa. ?2004 - 2005: As a team leader, monitoring of accelerated business growth project ? (TAP) of Pfizer in over 36 countries in Africa. This activity includes environmental scanning, market research, business review, business strategy development and implementation. ?Since 1997: development and delivery of more than 50 open and in-house training courses, across over 22 countries in Africa covering customer care, branding, leadership and organizational efficiency. ?Since 1997: facilitation of organizational, team and project development processes in over 20 countries in Africa.
