The ?wright? in our company name is intended to reflect this combination of science and art, and to remind each of us that of all the things we bring into the practice of change management, that which makes the greatest difference is ourselves. ChangeWright is a South African consultancy, founded in 2000. We specialise exclusively in change management. With 13 full-time employees and an extended network of 11 long-standing associates, we are well-positioned to provide change management consulting services and products in support of large-scale change in organisations. While the company has an excellent methodology and an advanced set of tools (some of which are web-enabled), we believe that it is our people that set us apart. We don?t recruit according to a defined ?template? ? what we look for is the ability to make things happen, and a passion for doing the right thing. As a consequence, our team has included psychologists, lawyers, anthropologists, computer scientists, bio-chemists and economists. What they all share in common, what stands out about them on client engagements, is their ability to get stuck in and to make a real difference.
