ART AS A TOOL IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT

The use of mental models could be enhanced by other creative inspirations like music, paintings, drawings and photography. This enriches the experience by people and helps to communicate more clearly. Art in general moves people and it is surprising we mostly 'meet' art in musea and not in other environments. Be prepared for an overwhelming experience in change management!

SELF ORGANIZING

Most species on earth are self-organizing and survive by trail and error. More and more scientific evidence shows that all living systems are self organizing by nature. What about the most powerful institutions on earth? Organisations: Are they self organizing; are they using the full potential also after their creative birth?

HUMAN RELATIONS

One of the paradigm shifts of our times is from 'people to human relations'. High performance teams are built on positive relations and not on individual competences alone. Trust, building bridges and dialogue are the new building blocks for modern business environments. During the CFAN conference we will explore this new field in OD and life in general.
